Join me for weekly coaching sessions, either online, on the phone or in person, each lasting one hour.
For a transformative journey, commit to a minimum of three months. In this time, we'll develop core mindset skills and achieve a significant goal.
For complex goals or complete mindset shifts, opt for a six month package.
Between sessions, take action aligned with your values and vision. I'll help you navigate obstacles and explore underlying beliefs holding you back.

Why a minimum of three months?
Because it takes time to change ingrained thought-patterns, beliefs and behaviours, and because it takes time to implement new strategies and get new results, the shortest coaching package I offer is three months. This is enough time to learn a core set of mindset skills and apply them to achieving at least one meaningful goal in your life. You can then go on to replicate this process over and over by yourself for other goals.
If you have multiple large complex goals or problems to solve, or goals that require a complete mindset overhaul – such as freeing yourself from diet-brain" and learning to listen to your body for the first time in your adult life – then I recommend working with me for a minimum of six months.
Between weekly sessions, you take action toward your goals. You decide these actions for yourself, in line with your values, your vision and your purpose. All of which I help you to identify when we begin working together.
Any issues or obstacles that come up for you as you take action, we explore in our weekly sessions. And then we develop strategies to overcome them.
Most importantly, we take a good look at what’s going on inside your head. We uncover the unquestioned assumptions and beliefs that limit you and prevent you from moving forward.
I teach you the skill of intentional thinking and the ability to feel any emotion that life throws at you. These two skills combined will make you unstoppable in the pursuit of your goals.
The tools I give you and the skills I teach you are transferable to all areas of life and to all future problems and goals, so that after you’ve worked with me, you’ve got life in the bag!
