The value of a vegan coach

A sense of safety is essential to a successful coaching relationship. 

Interactions with the rest of the world can leave us vegans feeling emotionally raw and unable to trust or open up to non-vegans. 

The value of coaching designed specifically for you as a vegan, and delivered by a vegan is in the assurance that you are entering a safe space. 

Inside the container of a vegan coaching relationship, you can let your guard down, knowing that you won’t be judged or blind-sided by an insensitive remark, metaphor or animal-based analogy. 

You can relax in the knowledge that you won’t be challenged to reconsider your vegan values or ideals.
